Excellent frozen shake. My burger was fine but I didn't like it. Personal choice.

UPDATE:Service was lightening fast and confident today. The new speaker/mic at the take-out order station was fantastic. Food was what we expected. Back up to 5 stars *****. __________Before they closed for remodeling, the service here was the fastest of any restaurant I ever visited. Many times I placed a drive through order and it was ready in the time it took me to drive to the takeout window and pay. The face-lift looks good and it may take time to get the staff back up to speed. I agree that even 3 stars is generous because of their lack of training and organization. But the food is what we expect when delivered. I will give them time to organize.

Favorite fast food place.. Love their spicy chicken meal.

Ok location for Cheap food. Good place to hang and eat some good food. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

Due to its location on the main highway, and steady flow of traffic, the food is always fresh and hot and no wait as the staff keeps things moving along nicely!

Service was good enough but food could be better. The buns are usually squished and there is grease from what seems like gloves that don't get changed. Also, the burgers are never really hot and seem like the patties sit for a little bit before being used. However, I ate the burger and fries and its was decent.

For a Wendy's it was fairly quick. Food wasn't bad or great. It's a fast-food chain, you know what you're getting.

Take my daughters here for chili. We always have a nice time!

Place was decent. Food took a little while to get out, but they were fairly busy. The food was warm and good. Booths were small, and bathrooms were dirty.

First time at a Wendy's in years as we don't have it in UK. Definitely the best burger compared to McDs, BK etc. This store was clean with quick & friendly service & good value for money.

This review is for most Wendy's, but my most recent experience was driving through the Florida Keys. Now, compared to everyone else, I enjoy the "clean" look that Wendy's wants to approach alongside their healthy options. The Dave's single remains my favorite burger as it has a good blend of protein and carbs for my healthy satisfaction. I think the food at a Wendy's, especially with all the changes, remain a tick a head of all the other burger chains. This visit was no different. Friendly manager, friendly staff - and very clean restrooms. Thank you Dave for those amazing frosty drinks as well.

This was another first for us and the woman taking our orders was fairly new at this restaurant but helped us chose so well! The baconator fries were amazing and so was my chicken burger. I also liked the large variety of fountain drinks!

A fav place for tasty Cheap food. It's so appetizing. The service here is friendly. The bill won't shock you.

I've eaten at the Wendy's in Key Largo a whole lot. The food is fast and we'll prepared. The staff does a great job. Sometimes the it's a bit cool in the restaurant due to the air conditioning.

I love going to Wendy's. Great salads and sandwiches. Chocolate Frosty is a must for me! I noticed some people order food to go and eat it in the parking lot, then leave trash on the floor, not nice. Maybe I could suggest Wendy's place a trash can outside of their building. See you soon.

Friendly staff and always clean!

Wendy's gets 5 stars for the place that they are and what they have available. This particular Wendy's got our order right, which was great. But, the 5 stars is for the food and cost. Our family chooses not to eat out very often. But, when we do, Wendy's has delicious salads, fries, sandwiches, Frostys, chili cheese fries...and we can feed our family for less than $30. I have been ordering the salads for a year or so now and my wife and I think that they are great...for the price and the fact that they're fast food. My wife also enjoys the chili cheese fries.

Fast. Food. With a smile. I love the people who work here. Every time we come by - once a month - the people are great and always ready. To serve you. I love the customer service here. Well done Wendy's Key Largo.

What can I say, it's Wendy's, of course it's good. This location on Route 1 is a good one. Off and on the road quickly. Service is quick, makes you think they're not busy. Friendly staff and clean.

Great quality of food but the worst uphill curved drive thru I've ever seen. If hubby wasn't driving and I was, I wouldn't have done this drive thru in my new truck.

Salad was amazing and I hear that breakfast is coming back can’t Wait McDonald is ok but the people there are rude can’t wait to taste it

It was super busy, so an appropriate experience, but one of our burgers was missing the meat and another without pickles. They fixed the meat issue immediately when asked. Pretty clean and okay employees. Nice, new building.

Excellent food & Torre gave us extremely exceptional service! Prices mid range. There was a 2 man band playing on the other side where the bar was that sounded really good. The art work was beautiful as well. We'll definitely come back next year! Torre has such a way with people & I hope he's still there yearsto comr! He was so down to earth & the best waiter we've ever had!

It's ok but there are so many better places to eat at the Keys.

Food was fresh, fast and staff were nice.

Staff is quite friendly. Seemed maybe a little short handed on cashier for inside customers. Food came out hot and fresh. Love the 4 for 4, s'awesome sauce and half chocolate and half vanilla frosty!
